Call Center
Own Call Center allows provision of a wide range of services related to contacting and receiving feedback from the target groups involved in Aston Health’s projects (HCPs, patients, visiting nurses, clinical labs, etc.).
The Call Center services are used in the following types of projects:
- Patient Support Programs
- Projects for support of laboratory diagnostics
- Hotline (to track customer satisfaction and loyalty)
- Ad-hoc studies
- Database updating
We use the services of professional hotline operators including human service workers, medical specialists (physicians and nurses), legal support specialists and psychologists.
Quinta® Technology Platform allows programming and standardizing the activities of Call Center operators and provides the clients with audio recordings (on as needed basis), and the opportunity for independent project monitoring and obtaining online progress reports.
The Call Center operation complies with the Federal Law on Personal Data Protection # 152.
